WebTPA Availity Essentials is Now Live!

Availity is now the exclusive provider portal for WebTPA. WebTPA is excited to provide a new provider experience through the Availity Essentials multi-payer online portal. Availity Essentials features an intuitive interface and supports multiple workflows, simplifying the exchange of administrative, clinical, and financial data for healthcare providers.

WebTPA encourages our providers to register an account with Availity if they do not currently have an account.

To register, go to www.availity.com, select "Providers", and then follow the steps to complete the registration.

For registration assistance, call Availity Client Services at 1-800-AVAILITY (282-4548) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time. You must have a registered account with Availity to access WebTPA’s Provider Portal.


Your new enhanced provider portal gives you access to information and the tools you need most, such as:
  • Check eligibility and benefits
  • View member ID cards for select health plans
  • Determine if authorization is required for select health plans
  • Submit medical and dental claims to WebTPA
  • Check claim status
  • View claim remittance advice (Coming soon!)
  • Access WebTPA resources and applications through a dedicated payer space  

If you do not have an Availity account, you can continue to access WebTPA’s previous provider portal until July 1, 2024. This site will not be accessible after this date, so it is important that you register with Availity before then.
