Fraud is a major concern in the health care industry, and everyone is affected by the billions of dollars lost each year. WebTPA is committed to closely guarding health plan dollars and strives to recognize and halt falsely filed or inflated claims, dishonest electronic transactions, and other schemes that can occur when members are most vulnerable.
Help our organization by reporting any instances of suspected fraud. Reports can be submitted by calling 800-371-2919 or anonymously using our online reporting form. WebTPA's Special Investigations Unit will review all reports and may contact you for additional information if your contact information is provided. Allegations that show sufficient evidence to support potentially fraudulent will be investigated. Together we can ensure the security of our customers information and control the rise of health care costs.
