Self-Service Provider Resource

Availity is now the exclusive vendor for WebTPA electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions – including claim submission, eligibility status, and claim status verification.

Please note: WebTPA is currently set up for EDI transactions through the Availity Gateway clearinghouse. WebTPA is not currently set up to submit requests through Availity Essentials, only their clearinghouse.  

WebTPA has transitioned from Change Healthcare and WebTPA’s Payer ID is now available through Availity for the following HIPAA transactions:
      • 270/271 Eligibility and Benefits
      • 837 I, P, D Claim Submission
      • 276/277 Claim Status  

Please note: WebTPA 835 ERAs will not be available at Availity. Please continue to retrieve your 835 ERA transactions through your existing WebTPA process.
