Who is WebTPA?

WebTPA is the Medical Claims Administrator for LSU First health plan members. Below are resources you can access regarding your health plan. We are a third-party administrator that processes health plan claims and provides member support on behalf of LSU First's benefit plan. We also provide a dedicated team to assist you with questions about your benefits, providers and claims.

Proration Grid

For new employees with an effective date after January 1st 2025, the HRA and Deductible will be prorated based on the remaining number of months in the Plan Year (see chart to the right).
