WebTPA regularly evaluates and enhances its controls and processes to support the ongoing protection of client information and the availability of key business services.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

WebTPA maintains business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities intended to support the continuation or restoration of critical services following disruptive events. Our continuity and recovery procedures are reviewed and tested periodically as part of our operational resiliency program.

Independent Assurance

WebTPA undergoes independent third-party assessments of its control environment to help demonstrate the effectiveness of controls related to security, confidentiality, and service availability.
