How-we-help-you

Member Services

We understand that healthcare benefits are complicated, and we are here to help you. WebTPA has a dedicated member services team to answer questions and provide assistance whenever you need it.

WebTPA Representatives are available weekdays between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message at any time. Urgent messages (e.g. verification of coverage or authorization for urgent or emergency care) left via voicemail after hours will be returned in approximately 15 minutes.

Care Management & Member Advocates

WebTPA’s Care Management programs offer specialized services and a team of experienced nurses to assist you in managing your health needs. We aim to eliminate barriers to care by providing health education, collaborating with your providers, and navigating the complexities between your health needs and insurance.
