Report a Violation or Suspected Violation
Individuals can make an inquiry or report potential ethics and compliance violations by calling the Compliance Helpline at 800-371-2919 or completing WebTPA’s online form. The online form provides the option of making an inquiry or reporting a situation anonymously.
